Warranty Plus Program

All existing Warranty Plus Program customers, who signed up for doors installed before May 2017, can continue to access their Warranty Plus Program benefits which provide:

• Installation warranty – 5 years
• New Door warranty – earlier of 5 years or 10,000 cycles.  Covers labour and replacement parts such as hinges, cables, springs, wheels, brackets, weatherseals, locks. (Excludes door surface and colour)
• New Motor warranty – earlier of 5 years or 10,000 cycles. Covers labour and replacement parts such as control boards, gears, chain indexes/torpedos, shuttle assemblies, chains, belts, railing. (Excludes remote control handsets, batteries, globes and fuses)
• Disclaimer: Should there be any third party or environmental damage to the door, (including but not limited to impact, storm, obstruction, vandalism, fusion or corrosion) which are beyond our control, repairs will not be included in the annual service fee and/or covered under this warranty plus program and thus will be quoted for as necessary.

If you are an existing Warranty Plus Program customer, you do need to:

• have returned your signed Warranty Plus Program registration form before May 2017

• contact us each year, to book in an annual service by East Coast Garage Door Services at your agreed locked-in service rate

If you elected not to join our Warranty Plus Program, you remain covered by our standard 12 month installation warranty, together with the manufacturer warranty.

• The Program remains valid provided that the door and motor are serviced annually by East Coast Garage Door Services, at the locked in service rate stipulated on your Warranty Plus form.
• Labour and parts are covered for 5 years or 10000 cycles whichever comes first. (Our service technician can advise you of the cycles at each annual service or update you in writing on our invoice).
• The Warranty Plus offer was available for a Door only purchase, however the terms and conditions of the offer were then only applicable to the door purchased.
• Your Manufacturer warranty and rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected
